Is this a good ortho-K result?

Amy, a 15-year-old high school student attends her annual review appointment. She had previously been successfully fitted with CRT Dual Axis orthokeratology lenses 1 year ago to help manage her progressive myopia. Today she mentioned that her vision had deteriorated with the lenses, and her unaided vision was measured to be R 6/9 and L 6/12. Pictured is the corneal topography difference map for her left and right eyes respectively.

Based on the above information which option is the MOST likely cause of Amy’s reduced vision?

A) Amy’s myopia has progressed requiring lens re-fitting

B) Topography difference maps show that the treatment zones are displaced requiring modification of the lens parameter to achieve better centration

C) Further information is required to determine the cause of Amy’s reduced vision
